It is Friday and the weekend is just around the corner. While we can all be excited for those two days off, it is good to reflect on how much you’re looking forward to the weekend and how often. Is this happening every week? And starting on Tuesdays?
It is important that we find the right balance between all things important to us; work, sports, health, family, friends.
