Healing for healthy people
To heal is to become the person we want to be.
Healing is not only a physical act. Each time we act and feel in a way that is not congruent with who we want to be, we experience tension.
This tension can stay unnoticed until it takes form as physical illness or mental distress (burnouts, depression or restlessness).
The way to counteract this is to close the gap between our current way of being and the way we want to be. And to close this gap, inner-balance plays a vital role in identifying what we want, how we are going to get there and to navigate this path.
In this way healing is only for those who experience illness but a journey for everyone.
