Stress may come in different forms but is always caused by one thing; A lack of balance between what is now and the things we think should be there.

We may feel pressured to divide our time across all things important or use all of our capabilities at the same time (being a good parent, friend or successful).

To really make an impact we need to balance both our external life (what we do) and internal life (how we feel and want to behave).
