For obvious reasons, our ability to perform and the state of our overall wellbeing are directly related. When we are too stressed, worn-out or depressed, we cannot focus. When we are too tired or deal with depression, we do not use our full potential. I have personally experienced this when combining diabetes type-1 with professional sports (3x Dutch champion judo).
Only in organizations, wellbeing and performance initiatives (if offered) are usually provided by separate departments with each their own vision and ideas.
In order to use the full potential of any performance and/or health initiative, they need to be combined. In vision and execution.
