What to do when you don’t know (what to do)
As you know we identify three archetypes in the inner-balance model. The first one (Lion) is all about action, the second one (Owl) about seeing things clearly and the third one (Whale) is about connecting.
We tend to, especially in situations of stress, overly focus on taking action rather than looking at what’s going on or what we want. Time to invite the Whale.
When you don’t know what to do, simply go back to the small things that give you energy, that you do without feeling pressure and you can’t seem to not think of.
