Work both individually and in a group towards inner-balance. During the (online) group and coaching sessions you will learn how to apply the three inner-balance behaviors in order to set goals, work towards them and improve your performance in a sustainable way.

The talk covers both the theoretical framework around inner-balance and it’s origin, taking the audience on a journey that highlights the key behaviors that top performers around the world use, or better said; combine.

Tobias Mol himself has won three national judo titles and world bronze while dealing with diabetes. Something that taught him a thing or to about the importance of balancing multiple focus points and performing in a sustainable way. His findings have been used and tested while working for big multinational organizations like Accenture, Liberty Global and Yacht.
